This policy explains what information Zhura Mobile Mechanics & Road Service LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.
What we collect
When you send a service request, we receive what you enter in the form:
- Your name and phone number.
- Your location: the address you type, or a map point if you tap "Use my location" or drop a pin.
- Anything you write about the problem with your vehicle.
Your device shares its location only after you tap "Use my location" and allow it in your browser. We do not track your location in the background.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To call or text you back about your request and get to your vehicle.
- To keep the business records California law requires for automotive repair.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing.
Services that handle your data
- Website hosting (Vercel) serves this site and processes form submissions.
- Email delivery (Resend) delivers your request to our inbox.
- Maps (OpenStreetMap): if you open the map, map images load from OpenStreetMap servers, and the point you choose is sent to OpenStreetMap's address service to look up the street address.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
These providers process data on our behalf or to deliver the feature you use.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests only as long as needed to respond and complete the work, plus any period required for business and legal records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have these rights under California privacy law. Email service@zhuramobilemechanics.com or call (916) 606-9686. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
